&lt;P&gt;There are a few things that might be happening here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First, have you checked each enrollment criterion, one by one, to see whether your test contact is fulfilling them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, when you're in the workflow and use the &lt;EM&gt;Test&lt;/EM&gt; button in the upper right, can you test whether your contact would enroll in the workflow?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you click on &lt;EM&gt;Details&lt;/EM&gt; in the top left corner and then switch into the &lt;EM&gt;Enrollment history&lt;/EM&gt;, are there entries for your email address? (Use the dropdown and select your email address.) If you've been enrolled in the workflow before and re-enrollment is disabled, that would explain why you're not enrolling again, for example.&amp;nbsp;If there are entries for your name, can you please share a screenshot?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, in the &lt;EM&gt;Settings&lt;/EM&gt; tab of the workflow, under Unenrollment and suppression, is there a list that you're a member of?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were correctly enrolled but HubSpot suppressed the email, please navigate to the email (&lt;EM&gt;Menu&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Marketing&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Email&lt;/EM&gt;), and click the Recipients tab. Your name probably appears under &lt;EM&gt;Not sent&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Workflow not sending emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help. I recently started a email nurturing campaign. The workflow is activated and everything is tested. However, the trigger criteria is to submit a form and when testing it the workflow won't work. Inside my email to test the trigger and the email that is meant to be sent it does not work. It seems that I am not enrolled even tho I meet the trigger criteria. Can someone help me out, please? Thanks guys!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
