Facebook Messenger not showing in contacts

Facebook Messenger is not showing in my recent contacts.

Has anyone experienced this issue before

Before: You can see the labeled Messenger

After: Messenger is not seen in this

Please if anybody has the solution I would appreciate the help

@MEmran I'm seeing the same thing in my HubSpot - no Messenger activity in the contact record's activity timeline. I'm wondering if there's a recent Facebook/Meta change that's limiting what HubSpot can see. Maybe the social tool product team can help? I'll see if I can find them and ask.

Though, I can see the messages through the Hubspot conversation inbox.

I found out that it stopped syncing on June 3rd after 10 am

I can see the Messenger activity in the contact record's working now. FINALLY!!! 😀
