Email best practices (NO image-only, please!)

Hi! I'm an Implementation Specialist at HubSpot - fancy way of saying I'm a marketing consultant for some of our newest customers.

I wrote an article a while ago about why image-only emails should be avoided. I recently began working with someone who has been sending image-only emails to their contacts, which reminded me of this article. Thought I'd share the link here in case it helps anyone else!
