I can't see the live chat on my website (wordpress): youssefoufaska.com

1. I have created the chatflow.
2. I have activated it
3. I have configured it to be always active

4. fyi, Hubspot's plugin installed and actived

Please, someone know why i can't see the live chat in my website? 😞

I have two questions for you:

Did you flush the web cache?
Can you show us a capture of the "Display" tab with the left column expanded?

1. Yes I have cleared the cache with the plugin I use, "litespeed" and I have used incognito/private mode. I have also verified that the Hubspot code (JS) is available on the front... I don't know if some code is missing...

2. here you can find a capture of the "Display" tab with the left column expanded.

the problem was that the tracking code was missing.
