Apollo.io Calls Don't Sync to Hubspot

Everything else syncs, but Apollo calls are not pushing to the CRM. Does anyone know a fix for this? Our integration seems to be working properly otherwise, and there is a specfic option in Apollo to send all of our calls to Hubspot which is turned on. I don't understand why it's not working. Any help would be much appreciated.

First, I'd like to share these resources that might be of interest:

- Integrate HubSpot with Apollo
- Configure HubSpot Sync Settings

From the documentation, I can see that the Apollo integration has not been developed by HubSpot.

I can see on this similar post "Apollo integration with HubSpot" that @OEstrada mentions that "Apollo does not support bi-directional sync between Apollo Opportunities and Hubspot Deals yet.".

Which way are you expecting the sync to be @TSolutions, please?

Hi @TSolutions I actually saw something like this a few weeks ago. The issue ended up being a bad field mapping that created duplicate companies in HubSpot. The call did sync, but it landed on the duplicate instead of the real record. I fixed it by removing the duplicates and running the sync again. 😞
