I am currently having an issue with the zoom webinar plus integration where none of my events are being brought over to hubspot. Currently I am uploading a static list with all the registrants after each webinar but that doesn't properly show the total amount of registrations a contact has. I was looking to see if anyone else is having this issue and what work arounds they have done to get better reporting. I have tried to create workflows that would format a custom field to add 1 every time a contact was added to a webinar segment however I kept getting an error as well.

Hey @APuatu - thanks for posting in the Community!

I understand that you're having an issue syncing your Zoom webinar events to HubSpot, and more specifically tracking the registrants of each event. According to our knowledge base article on this integration, "after connecting the Zoom integration, you can sync webinar registration and attendance details from Zoom to HubSpot and use this information to segment your contacts in HubSpot. You can also add registrants to a Zoom webinar using HubSpot workflows." It does note here, however, that "the Zoom intergration does not support Zoom Events or webinars created as part of a Zoom Event."

Can you please confirm that this is not the case in your situation? If not, can you please confirm that you've followed these steps exactly to connect the two platforms and sync your events?

Zoom webinar plus is set up on the event management hub on zoom so I
believe that is that issue that I am running into with getting the data
into hubspot. I am looking to see if there is a workaround to get the data
into hubspot.
