Hello, I have created two forms in HubSpot. However, I am having difficulty viewing one of them properly on my smartphone. When a visitor submits their information on my website's contact us page, an email from HubSpot containing the customer information appears too small on my phone. I can view other emails from HubSpot on my phone, but I'm unable to view the "Contact Us" form I created. The other purchase form is viewable on my phone, and I have checked the "Styles," which have the same settings. I would appreciate suggestions on how to update the form so I can view the submission correctly on my phone. Thank you!

The fact that your other HubSpot emails display correctly on your phone confirms this is specific to the notification template associated with your "Contact Us" form, rather than a general mobile email rendering issue.

The most effective solution is to ensure your form notification emails use mobile-optimized font sizes. For mobile devices, you should not use anything lower than 16px for readable text. Many mobile email clients render fonts smaller than they appear in desktop previews.
