Has anyone successfully integrated HubSpot with Agent.ai using webhooks for agentic workflows? If so, how has the performance been, and what impact does this integration have on credit usage on the Agent.ai platform?

Hey there @HarshaKumara. I haven't personally done exactly what you're describing. But let me tag a few friends as well who might be able to help.

@SHollis2814 has done some amazing work with Agent.ai - he may have some insight!

Hey,

So, we have not done much connecting to HubSpot with Webhooks yet just because of client data and our AI policy.

However, on the HubSpot side, since you are using a webhook, HubSpot webhook rules apply so it shouldn't use any credits there.

On the agent.ai side, it should just use the normal per run credits.

Thanks for tagging me in, @danmoyle! You can absolutely use webhooks to connect your Agent.ai agents to your HubSpot portal. I saw you also posted in the Agent.ai community with this question, which is just what I was going to suggest you do. I can see that a couple of agent builders with experience building agents with webhooks + HubSpot have already either responded or been tagged in there, which is great. I just tagged in another member who might be helpful answering questions about how he uses webhooks and how well it's been working for him.

To answer your question about credits, it costs one credit per run agent run, regardless of how it's triggered, but credits are free on agent.ai , and when your credits get low, you're automatically topped off.

And as we have not personally done it yet so we can't give you more details about the performance.
