Billing Implementation for a Monthly Recurring Paid App in HubSpot

Hi,

I am developing my first app in HubSpot, which operates on a monthly recurring payment model. I need to implement a billing system for users who install our app.

Does HubSpot provide an API for direct client billing, or would I need to integrate a third-party payment processor?

If a third-party integration is required, what are the best practices for managing user subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations within HubSpot?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the recommended approach.

Are subscriptions and payments applicable to HubSpot apps? I reviewed the links you shared, but they seem to be related to HubSpot sites rather than apps.

Thanks for the follow-up. Those are the only payment and subscription options I have. There are APIs for both, but in the case of Payments, those endpoints are read-only.
