Hi,

I have a live AI Chatbot in HubSpot but when I integrated it on my custom website, the chatbot shows the conversations for all the users logged in to my website.

How can I customize this chatbot to be personalized for each user logged in on my website.

Hope this help understand my problem and I can get a solution from hubspot soon.

Before I provide additional details, I am not sure what would be the correct place to place this developer support ticket in hubspot. If I look at hubspot support inbox, there is no way to create a helpdesk ticket.

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis : I have custom asp.net website and I am using hubspot tracking code inside an iframe because I do not want the tracking to happen as I am already using HubSpot API for that. I am using the tracking code to display the live Hubspot AI chatflow on my website for customer support. Now the issue, the chat should be personalized for any user logged in to my website but that is not the case, anybody who is a valid authorized user to my website can see all the conversation inside the AI chatbot. How can the chats be made personalized for any user that logs to my website via hubspot?
