Implementing Custom Scripts for HubSpot and MD365 Sync - Error Handling and Automation

Hey everyone,

We’re trying to connect HubSpot with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365). Our goal is to automatically sync leads, opportunities, and tasks between them. We're running into some issues with errors and handling complex processes.

I need advice on writing and using scripts to manage errors and retries during the syncing process. Sometimes, the data just won’t sync right, and I’m not sure how to set up a good error handling system. We’re also thinking about using Power Automate or Azure Functions to make our integration better and automate some workflows. But, I’m unsure how to tackle the trickier parts.

If anyone has experience with these integrations, I’d love to hear how you deal with transforming or checking data during the sync. This is especially important for custom fields.
