Can I trigger a workflow based on a specific record source?

I have some contacts that are created with a record source of 'Integration'. When I look at the record source details I see the name of the specific integration (call it My Integration) that should trigger the webhook. When I'm building the workflow I can set the trigger to "Has completed: Property value changed - Property name is Record source - New value: Record source is any of Integration"

But we use a few different integrations, I need this trigger to act on My Integration only. I can't see how to make that distinction in the workflow trigger.

Hey @SRalston05! Often these integrations have Integration IDs that can be used for this type of distinction. When you are viewing the source on the contact, do you see any i icon or note on the property that provides an internal ID for the integration?

As @karstenkoehler mentions here, Typically, when you look up the drill down 2 field on the record (click "View all properties" in the left sidebar of the record), HubSpot will show the name of the integration and, on mouse over, the ID.

If the integration is configured correctly, you should see identifiers for your integration in those drill-downs.

Learning something new all the time is what makes dev fun 🙂 I found the drilldown integration id and was able to successfully add that to my workflow. First test after doing that did exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
