Contacts not created in the Sandbox

Hi,

My customer connected his platform to the sandbox, but it seems that contacts aren't created. The same behavior that we see in production doesn't happen in the sandbox (see the attached screenshots). What could be the reasons?

Hi, @Ktamir 👋 Can you clarify what you mean when you say contacts aren't created? Are these contacts that you are syncing to your sandbox from the production portal? Or are they being “created” another way?

Hi @Ktamir. How are you and the client expecting to create those contacts? Is there a form in the sandbox you're testing to crwate it? Or another contact-create path?

As I understand HubSpot sandboxes, they don't automatically create contacts from your main portal. When setting up a sandbox, you have the option to include a limited number of contacts and associated records from your main account. So you can include them inb a couple of ways: Up to 5,000 of your most recently updated contacts or 100 companies and 100 associated tickets per contact.

I know we have a few options if we do need to work with contacts in a sandbox.

Use the limited set of contacts included during sandbox creation.
Manually create or import contacts into the sandbox.
Use the HubSpot Sandbox Migrator tool to migrate CRM data from your production environment to the sandbox.

(It's important to note that sandboxes have a limit of 100,000 contacts.)
