Is there a way to create custom modules via API?

Hi everyone, I'd like to add a new custom module to use it for marketing email composing.

I've created this manually by using this menu

However, I intend to avoid the manual creation since it uses HTML, avoid possible mistakes, and add this via the HubSpot API.
Is this possible?

Hey, @RVallejos 👋 Thanks for the question. This one isn't an option via our endpoints. You'll need to do this via the CLI or in-app in the Design Manager — "Modules are created using the local development tools or using the Design Manager" (source).

So, if I understood correctly, and just to confirm, is there no option to create a public custom module that can be reused by any account later?
