Hi HubSpot Community,

I’m exploring HubSpot’s API capabilities and would like to know if there’s a built-in system or workaround for creating a subscription to real-time error notifications. Specifically, I’m interested in notifications for:

Campaign or workflow failures
Automation errors
Email delivery issues (e.g., bounces, rejections, or spam complaints)
Integration or API-related errors

Does the platform support this type of subscription? If so, I’d greatly appreciate any documentation or guidance on how to set it up.

Hey @NKedar, happy Friday!

I checked more information, and HubSpot doesn’t currently provide built-in subscriptions specifically for real-time error notifications via API. I would recommend our Email events API (More information here) use this to track email delivery issues like bounces, rejections, and spam complaints by subscribing to relevant events.

For workflows and automation, you can create custom webhook notifications triggered by specific errors or conditions.
