Custom Contact Property Change to Trigger Webhook

I'm attemting to trigger a webhook based on Property Change of a Custom Contact Field. The documentation seems to say it's possible, but I cannot find the custom field in the webhooks app interface. Is it possible to add the custom field to the list of properties in the webhook inteface, or does this all need to be done in code through the API? Thank you!

I want to make sure we're on the same page. You have a Private App set up along with your custom contact property? And you're navigating in-app to Private Apps> Your App. Webhooks tab?

I created a custom contact property called Help AD `help_ad` and set up a webhook for it in-app

Can you create a simple test property similar to what I did and find it in the Webhook settings for Private Apps?

Thanks, Jaycee. I inherited this app from another developer, and I realize now that it's actually a Public App. Can I create a custom contact property in a public app that may or may not be in the user's normal account?
