Can someone recommend any apps that might be able to transcribe CallRail recordings that are sent to HubSpot from CallRail, either before that step or once they're in the CRM? Thanks

That's what's not working. We get recordings but HS cannot read them to create transcripts. It's limited by CallRail

To get back to you on this, with the "CallRail" integration, if you add CallRail’s Premium Conversation Intelligence (PCI), you’ll get the bonus of having an AI-generated call summary added directly to your HubSpot call notes.

Just a heads up, the complete transcript itself will remain in CallRail, not in HubSpot.

You might also want to explore “Avoma – AI meeting assistant” as it could be a great fit for your needs.
