Conversions on Google Stopped Tracking for Form Submissions

Hi y'all,

My team has run into a problem that I'm not sure how to go about fixing.

We've recently started seeing a dramatic drop off in conversion rates over the past week or so and were wondering if there had been some kind of change to the HubSpot tracking.

It basically just stopped tracking any kind of form submission conversions and I'm stumped.

I'm not very well versed on this side, so any and all help here would be greatly appreciated!

@Alejandro_—It's difficult to pinpoint without knowing your setup. Is it an event—or URL-based conversion? Do you have offline conversion (Event on HubSpot inside Ads) set up on Google Ads? Are you still getting the leads as before but not seeing the conversion on Google Ads?
