Hi everyone,

I set up the Zendesk integration from the HubSpot app marketplace and I am having issues getting the integration to automatically run the sync when a field is updated in Zendesk. Everything seems to be working great, but I find myself having to manually sync for the information to transfer between the software.

Is there a way to specify for the sync to automatically run when a specific field is updated in Zendesk and/or schedule the sync to automatically run in 30 minute intervals, for example.

Hey @Singenuity , unfortunately we have no control on when these items sync as they kind of queue up first and do checks as well. We're a bit at the mercy of the sync speed here.

Is there a reason you and the team are using Zendesk over HubSpot Service Hub here?

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in option to trigger automatic syncs based on field updates in Zendesk. However, you can try using a third-party automation tool like Zapier to set up a workflow that triggers a sync when specific fields are updated. As for scheduling regular syncs, HubSpot doesn’t natively offer this either, but again, automation tools could help bridge that gap by setting up intervals, like every 30 minutes.

Regarding costs, when I was using HubSpot, I found the pricing HubSpot options pretty flexible. For example, the Sales Hub starts at $20 per month, and there are discounts available if you look around.
