Complex integration with Bing and ChatGPT in one place

I’m looking to develop an integration with Bing and ChatGPT.

What should this logic do:

1. A user clicks on a button that sends a request to Bing, which then provides the latest information about the contact and I should show this information to the user.
2. Then the user enters the 'Subject' for the email, and clicks on another button that sends a request to Chat GPT, which then provides the email body
3. This email body is automatically pasted into the Create email form and the user can send the email to the contact.

I've found that it may be possible to use either CRM Cards or UI extensions to implement this logic. However, after reviewing the CRM Card documentation, I didn’t find clear ways to implement integrations.

Could you please help me with the following questions:

1) Is it possible to implement this logic using CRM Cards? Separate answers for 1-3 points would be very useful.
2) Is it achievable using UI extensions? Separate answers for 1-3 points would be very useful.
3) And if questions 1 and 2 have 'Yes' answers for 1-3 points, which approach would be the best choice for this integration?
