Hello,

I didn't manage to find the answer somewhere and maybe this is not a relevant subject but how can I create lead / users automatically in Amplitude based on new contacts created in Hubspot ? Or get the information of a form filled in for existing contacts ?

To automatically create leads or users in Amplitude based on new contacts in HubSpot, you’ll need to integrate the two platforms using a third-party tool or custom API integration.

1. Set up a Zap (automation) where a new contact in HubSpot triggers an event to create or update a user in Amplitude.

2. Use HubSpot workflows to trigger webhooks that send the contact data to Amplitude’s API, creating or updating users based on their activity.

3. You can configure HubSpot to pass form submission data to Amplitude by triggering the same webhook or using an integration tool.

This way, you can keep both systems in sync automatically.

What about the opposite? I want a newly created ticket to trigger a call to Amplitude to update contact fields in HubSpot.
