Identify deleted records

Hey there, I'm able to delete tasks as shown in below screenshot.

But How would I be able to see or identify those deleted tasks?

My requirement is that, Once the Task deleted from HubSpot, I need to delete it in my system too, however I can compare the records on both side and delete those records which are not present in HubSpot. But I want to use FilterGroup, and with that identifying deleted HubSpot Tasks for specific time period might be not possible.

Could you please suggest a way to identify deleted records with FilterGroups or in any other way?

And if there's any property which can help to identify deleted records, that would also be a great help.

Hi @teja21,

To track deleted tasks in HubSpot,

1. Set up a webhook to trigger when a task is deleted. This will notify your system in real-time.

2. Regularly sync tasks from HubSpot and compare with your system to identify and remove deleted tasks.

HubSpot doesn't have a direct property or FilterGroup for tracking deletions.
