Postman vs Hoppscotch vs Thunder Client

Hi,

I was suggested Hoppscotch and Thunder Client as an alternative to Postman, however what are their major benefits that allow them to outcompete Postman?

If possible, I'd also like to hear about Apidog, Insomnia, and Bruno if anyone has any experience on them.

Hey @wendysnyder 👋 Thanks for your post. I don't have an alternate recommendation, but I can say that Postman has worked great for the limited work I do in testing with our APIs. Hopefully, some of our community members will have some feedback for you.

"Hopscotch is a fast and lightweight open-source API testing tool for Browser solutions.
Thunder Client is a lightweight API testing tool that integrates directly into Visual Studio Code (VS Code), prefer this if you use VS Code.
Postman is full-fledged API testing with supports REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and WebSocket protocols. it can be heavy on CPU but is best among the all."
