Ticket Creation API

Hello guys,

I'm trying to create a ticket using 3CX integration. The 3CX application have a component that permit to use some authentication methods, but I'm not getting any closer to solve the problem. It seems the authentication changes to oauth 2.0 but I'm not find the new path to reach the refresh token to create the ticket.

Can someone help?

I really need some help about this theme. I'm freshman on development and I need to proceed with this integration. I know that I can integrate the platforms, but I don't know for sure how.
