Show that my application added the activity to contact

Hello,

Is there a possibility to show that my app added this activity instead of "Unknown User".

I know I can associate owner to activity to show that it was done by a certain user but we want to show that our application is the one that logged it.

Hi @A_Ibrahim 👋

Unfortunately, I think the answer is no. I've gone through all Engagement "Communication" properties (GET /crm/v3/properties/COMMUNICATION) and can't find one (other than the read-only "user" related properties) that has any impact on the HubSpot UI display of recent activities.

In the Activity feed itself (i.e. the "Activities" tab on a CRM Record view), the "Unknown User" is dropped and we just see "Logged SMS" or "Logged SMS {{Owner Name}}" if you define "hs_owner_id" when creating the Communication record.
