Integration Hubspot and SAP Sales Cloud V2

I am looking for a solution or app that makes it possible to connect SAP Sales Cloud V2 (CRM) with Hubspot CRM. Specifically, it is about synchronising the contact and account objects as well as defined fields between the two systems and deciding whether these should be synchronised unidirectionally or bidirectionally. Similar to the integration of Salesforce and Hubspot.

In addition, I want to ensure that a new contact in SAP Sales Cloud V2 is also automatically created in Hubspot. When a contact has reached the "SQL" lifecycle phase in Hubspot, it should be created as a lead in SAP Sales Cloud V2.

I would be very happy to receive recommendations for possible solutions or apps that can fulfil these requirements. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Fabian; we carved our niche into the on-prem business. So, only on-prem or private cloud. Can you tell me more about your dataflow and which objects you need to sync?
