How to setup a Webhook in HubSpot

Hi there,

I'm sure this is a very simple issue for everyone here but I am struggling to setup a Webhook.

Can anyone provide assistance with this please?

I am trying to create this via our CRM within the settings but cannot see where I do this (please see screenshot).

The steps I am following are here: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/webhooks

Can someone please help with this ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I see that you'd like to use a webhook. For that you created a private app.

The Webhooks API is available for all subscription levels from free to enterprise. It allows you to create an application that subscribes to various events occurring within any portal with your application installed. Those events include Contact, Company, and Deal creations, deletions, and property updates.

- Is the private app not working?
- If you click on the app you created, are you getting an error response in the "logs" tab?
- Is yes, which error is it please?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

Hello!

I've been trying to find assistance with an issue I'm having but haven't had any success so I figured I'd try here.

I've created a private app and webhook within the Hubspot console, and have seemingly met all prerequisite requirements including but not limited to standing up my API with the proper method signature (/POST) and accepting a JSON array. The webhook itself has a contact.creation subscription type.

However, for some reason, when I test this webhook that is calling my HTTPS endpoint, I receive nothing but 400 errors.
