The integration setup guide lists their support options at the bottom of the document https://salesrabbit.com/insights/integrate-hubspot-and-salesrabbit-in-4-steps/

On the HubSpot side, email address is used as the primary unique identifier.

Hello,

I'm trying to integrate sales rabbit with hubspot so that sales reps can update contacts based on their SR ID. But it seems like it creates a contact when the email is updated instead of just updating the same contact.

Contact A SRID: 1234 Email: test@gmail.com
Contact B SRID: 1234 Email: test2@gmail.com

As an example above the SR ID is the same instead of being unique and the email looks to be the source of truth instead. Is there something I should be looking at from hubspots side maybe?

I'm not sure what to do and I'm hoping not to have to make a private API for this.

Thanks
