How To - Copy The Existing Production Environment & Export To Sandbox Environment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask if we can clone/duplicate/copy our existing Hubspot "production environment" and paste/export it to an "sandbox environment".

I could only find the "Portal Replicator" app on the Marketplace. But I believe that was a paid third-party application where as, I was wondering whether or not if this kind of cloning feature would exist within our "HubSpot Product Plan", which is as follows:

- Sales Hub Starter

- Service Hub Enterprise

- Operations Hub Starter

- Sales Hub Starter Additional User

- CMS Hub Starter

- Marketing Hub Starter - Marketing Contacts

Hi, @Gumax 👋 It sounds like you are searching for information on our Sandbox feature — Set up a HubSpot standard sandbox account

As long as your portal has an Enterprise subscription, including Service Hub, you can access a sandbox from Settings in your production portal. Please note, you must be a Super Admin for your portal to get this set up.

Hi, the sandbox doesn't allow us to sync pages though. Hope to see the ability to copy data from production account to sandbox account or the other way around

I find this incredible that I cannot test code changes in templates and CSS with all my website available in a DEV Sandbox. And, like every other CRM, I should be able to refresh or sync my content from PRD whenever I want. If I am to make template and code changes, how can I truly know what will break unless my entire site is there to smoke or regression test.

It is really a first-class product. Many many features and I highly recommend it. But this is also very important for redesigns and other code-based work.
