Thank you for your feedback. is it not possible to set up and use REST API
? As per your consideration, what will be the most cost effective method
(HubSpot PowerBi App, Third-party connectors or API)

@rnanayakkara The HubSpot Power BI app I mentioned (from my company Datawarehouse.io) uses the REST APIs and is a third party app. You could hire a developer to create the same functionality but it would be much more expensive to build and maintain (because HubSpot constantly makes changes and improvements to their APIs).

The Power BI connector to HubSpot has been upgraded to use HubSpot Private apps.

You can connect Power BI to HubSpot’s REST API with the Web connector, but you’ll have to handle auth tokens, pagination, and limits yourself. An easier option is to use Skyvia, which pulls HubSpot data for you and then exposes it as an OData endpoint (or syncs it to a database/file). You can find it on Hubspot Marketplace. Power BI can connect to that directly, so you skip the manual API work.
