What is the alternatives?

I am struggling with hubspot trying to integrate with meta for Lead conversions. But nothing seems to work. Main issue is "missing lead ID". In Zapier: "Facebook" has FB LEAD ID, but in the action stage with "Hubspot" FB LEAD ID is missing! I surrender today and looking for alternatives other than Hubspot which can actually work! Any thoughts?

Hi @M-Z,

A bit more clarity would be helpful. Are you pulling a value from Facebook (Lead ID) into the HubSpot system using Zapier? If so, does that property exist in HubSpot already? Should this be sent to the actual lead object in HubSpot or the contact?

Hello Josh, The point is to create a zap that is triggerred once the Lead status in hubspot is changed, so to enhance Leads quality in FB campaigns. In order to do that I should have the Lead ID showing among the other lead informations in Hubspot. Problem is when this lead is sent in hubspot from facebook it does not have Lead ID. The problem is from hubspot not from FB. As when I use Zapier, I can see the Lead ID in facebook but not in the zap "action" stage "hubspot". When I integrate FB with Google Sheet for example, I receive the Lead ID. Only its not the case with Hubspot.
