POST to remote API when contact created through 3rd-party integration

I have a customer with a Ref + erral (they won't let me say that word) Rock account. R Rock hosts a form that creates a customer record in RR when submitted, and also sends the contact info to Hubspot and creates a contact record here. Is there a way, when this RR-generated contact is created, to trigger a Post with some of the contact info to a remote API? I've done this with HS-hosted forms but don't know how, or if, what I have described can be done.

Hey, @SRalston05 👋 It's possible if your customer has an Operations Hub subscription, which will provide them with access to Webhooks in Workflows which can send a POST request to an external endpoint.

Thanks for your response, Jaycee. I've used webhooks but I didn't know how that incoming submission could trigger it. Turns out my customer already had a workflow in place that knew how to act on that submission and I was able to tag my webhook onto the end of that workflow 🙂
