&lt;P&gt;If you have the time, you can also try to capture a HAR file and analyze it yourself to look for any warnings or missing scopes messages. You can find the steps &lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Troubleshooting-Toolkit-Collecting-a-HAR-file-and-Trace/m-p/20103" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HAR file capture here&lt;/A&gt; and here is &lt;A href="https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Google's HAR analyzer&lt;/A&gt;. Essentially, you'll go to the beginning of the installation process, make sure your browser is set up to record the needed info (HAR instructions), and then go through the process until the warning/error message appears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Knowlarity Native Integration Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For CRM calling we are facing issues with integrating Knowlarity native application available in Marketplace. While installing the plugin it is giving an error saying contact support team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Knowlarity team is saying it's the issue from HubSpot side however I've raised the support ticket for HubSpot yet to receive any response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, in our HubSpot account we are not able to see HubSpot support team live chat option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me to understand to whose side this integration problem is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
