&lt;P&gt;You can create an APP ID with a Developer account. &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/how-do-i-use-webhooks-with-hubspot-workflows" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Here you can find instructions&lt;/A&gt; as well a link to create an app included.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reveiwed this and its super confusing to someone who has no experience with any of this. So do I just create a random "app" and grab that app ID and thats it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, for the most part, but I believe you'll also have to choose which scopes in HubSpot you'll allow that app to access. Scopes allow you to determine what level of access as well. For example, if your app will write to deals, you'll want to enable the appropriate access for that to happen.&lt;/P&gt;
