Kindly give a try with the feature - "Time on Page" within the chat settings to see whether it solves your requirement,

This allows you to delay the chat widget from loading for a set amount of time after the visitor lands on your page.

Under the "Display" section, look for the "Triggers" option in to Conversations -> Settings
Select "Time on Page" as the trigger.
Set the desired delay in seconds (e.g., 2 seconds).
This is the simplest way to delay the chat launch without any coding involved.
HubSpot itself recommends a minimum delay of 5 seconds for optimal page load speed, but 2 seconds should still provide some improvement.
