hello dear coummunity,

I have linked a webflow form to a hubsport form via zapier.

the form submissions are also stored correctly in hubspot, but the cookie for linking the form submissions with existing contacts in hubspot is missing. the ip is also not transmitted (see screenshot).

How can I solve this?

To tackle the issue with the missing cookie and IP transmission for form submissions from Webflow to HubSpot, a good first step is to make sure the HubSpot tracking code is properly installed and active on your page. You can use your browser's developer tools to check for HubSpot cookies and find any errors that might be blocking them.

If you're noticing this issue with only a select few contacts rather than across all submissions, it's possible that a privacy tool or browser setting on the user's end might be preventing the cookie from being set.

the problem is: i send the data from the webflow form to hubspot via zapier. how can i enter the usertoken here?

in addition, hubspot creates a third-party form for each transmission. is there any way to switch this off?

Form submissions via Zapier linked to existing contact

Hello everyone,

i have a contact form on an external site whose data i send to a hubsport form via zapier. this works.
However, I get a message in hubsport that the cookie required to link form submissions with existing contacts is not being sent (see screenshot).

strangely enough, i see all form submissions in the contact activities of the contact in hubsport. so does it still seem to work that the submission is assigned to the contact?
