Integrating Microsoft Dynamics 2015 with HubSpot for Two-Way Data Sync

Hello,

We're looking to integrate our application, which currently operates on Microsoft Dynamics 2015, with HubSpot. Our goal is to establish a seamless two-way sync of data between the two platforms. Specifically, any updates made within HubSpot, including changes in levels, statuses, and all relevant categories and elements, should be reflected in our Dynamics 2015 application, and vice versa.

We've reached out to HubSpot support, and they've informed us that their team only supports integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365. However, our requirement pertains to Dynamics 2015.

We're seeking advice or guidance on how to proceed with this integration, including recommendations for any third-party tools or methods that could facilitate this two-way data sync between Microsoft Dynamics 2015 and HubSpot.

Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@Alekya Apologies for stating something that may be well known to you, but Dynamics 2015 support from Microsoft ends in less than 12 months. Investing in an integration may not make economic sense. That said, if you can expose the underlying SQL database for your application, you might be able to use an ETL service to create a data pipeline with HubSpot. Personally I would be concerned about throwing good money away, and would instead recommend updating your application to run on Dynamics 365. Depending on your technical requirements, it is likely that you will have more options for a 2way HubSpot sync from third party integration providers.

We have NAV 2015 and are in the process of upgrading to BC 365 but that upgrade won't be finished until next year. We need to integrate with HubSpot and would like you reccommendations for our current version and also for BC 365 (hopefully it may be the same program).

I get where you’re coming from, integrating HubSpot with Dynamics 2015 is tricky now that Microsoft’s APIs and HubSpot’s native connector only cover Dynamics 365 (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-hubspot-and-microsoft-dynamics-365 )

For older on-prem versions like 2015, you’ll need to treat this as a custom database-level sync rather than an official CRM-to-CRM link.

If you can access the SQL Server behind Dynamics 2015, the most stable route is to expose that database through a secure connection (VPN or SSH tunnel) and use an integration layer to handle bidirectional updates. The sync logic should handle object mapping, rate limits, and conflict resolution automatically, since HubSpot’s APIs don’t natively manage Dynamics’ schema or custom entities (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/overview )

In 2025, many teams facing this same legacy challenge set up a managed two-way sync via an intermediate Postgres layer Dynamics pushes to the database, HubSpot syncs from there, allowing both sides to update in real time without touching deprecated endpoints.
