Formstack integration help

Hi there,

Our main Contact Us form is through Formstack (bc it's HIPAA compliant), but I want to pass some of that informationed collected to HubSpot. I added HubSPot as an integration in Formstack, I created the form in HubSpot, the integration looks successful. But I'm getting this message from HubSpot on the contact record of a Formstack submission, "The cookie needed to link form submissions to existing contacts isn't being sent. You'll need to ask your developer to update the integration for this form." I don't have a developer so hoping you can help in 'easy enough to understand' explanations. Thanks!

Hey there! Do you have our tracking code installed on the page or pages where this form lives? This is one of the common reasons you will get the above error. Other causes are if your contacts have an add blocker installed, as this can prevent the cookie from being set and then passed along to HubSpot so the form submission gets associated with your contacts.
