Is it possible to control the point of submission for non-Hubspot forms?

Our company has a private app with all external (non-Hubspot) forms. We want to be able to control when form data is submitted to Hubspot so that it does not submit immediately on the click of the submit button. In other words, we want the form submission to await other requests we are making on submit.

I have been looking into utilizing an API endpoint like this but they all seem to be tailored for Hubspot forms. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Hi @LUnderwood , if you're open to using a 3rd party app to power your forms, I think we can help 🙂

Gluetrail is no-code software to build advanced forms. We're tightly integrated with HubSpot and other systems (including custom API possible), which allows you to build forms + subsequent automation all in one place.

So in your case, you could build a form + sequence multiple actions (or add a Wait step as needed) to then push the data to HubSpot.
