Retrieving email has subject and headers unpopulated

Hi,

I'm using

https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/emails/{item_id}

for a known email connected to a contact. I'm able to retrieve items such as hs_attachment_ids, hs_createdate and hs_lastmodifieddate but the hs_email_subject and hs_email_headers is coming back as None. Is there anything about the email itself that could be causing this particular field to be coming back None?

This is only true for some emails. Most emails will have this properly populated but I can't find out what the difference is in the emails themselves.

Hi, @MBustos2 Thanks for your question. That definitely sounds like a mystery. Can you share a request and response for both results — properties included and some properties blank, please?

These are 2 different emails in our system. The first one comes back with full header information and items like subject. The second one is empty that way but it still returns access to the attachements which are retrievable.

Any thoughts?
