Visualización de formularios en Wordpress

Los formularios incrustados en nuestra web no se muestran siempre. Algunos dispositivos los muestra y otros no. Hemos incrustados el códigos correctamente tal y como indica Hubspot, revisado los ID, Portal ID, formID... y aparentemente todo está correcto.

He abierto un ticket de prioridad alta en mi panel pero no obtengo respuesta (han paso 5 días) por lo que pruebo por esta vía.

Here are a few of the troubleshooting steps I use:

Use your browser's developer tools to look for any JavaScript errors in the console
Try disabling other WordPress plugins to see if there's a conflict causing the issue

One question to help give our community members more information — can you clarify what you mean by “devices” in this context, please? Do you mean — different browsers, operating systems, or even mobile vs. desktop environments?

I use my browser's developer tools to look for any JavaScript errors in the console but a don't find any JavaScript error.

When I say different "devices" I mean different browsers, operating systems, and even mobile environments vs. desktop environments. Then i think that the problem is Hubspot and not other WordPress plugins. Don't you think?
