Hey everyone. Does anyone here integrate with Kixie?

We are having issues with Kixie calls not logging into the CRM. If someone calls an agent's direct line, no deal will record into Hubspot.

Any advice is welcome! Thanks

Hey @VCallahan0 (and thanks for the tag @Jaycee_Lewis!). Did you call with Kixie help?

My question is this: When someone calls in, should the call create a Deal? Or just log to a contact record or other existing object's record? Your question mentions creating a Deal, but that seems like it could get messy if each incoming phone call creates a Deal. So if it were me, I'd consider what I want to happen, and then check all the settings to ensure they'll do what I'm thinking.

Or if you're all set, great! 😊

If the native integration is still not logging all calls, there is a way to work around this with webhooks and some custom code workflows!
