Cannot see my properties via API

Hi guys, I have my own properties, but I cannot see it when I try to read all properties before updating it. Can anyone help me to fetch and update it?

@Bach looking at the screenshots, the property in HubSpot is called "Tool" but you're searching for "Tools" - can you confirm that there are also no results without the "s"?

@Bach did you follow the steps to POST the request for your unique property first?

You'd need to create the unique ID property in your API before you can use it to retrieve the value from specific records using the GET.

The property already exists so I don't need to create another one. The problem is that API "/crm/v3/properties/tickets" only responds the properties that are created by HubSpot, the properties that I create are skipped.

Do you have any other idea? Thank you!

@Bach did you review the link provided about accessing custom properties via the API? It looks like you've only created the field in HubSpot and not the API.

Perhaps @Shadab_Khan can offer further guidance here (I'm just getting started with learning how to use the API myself)

Hey, @Bach 👋 I hope you got this resolved.

If not, I recreated your custom Ticket property in my test portal and made the same request as you using Postman. I found both the “new” custom property and other custom properties I've created in the past.

My steps:

Created a custom Ticket property called Tools
Made a request to the Properties API
GET https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/properties/tickets
Cat circus booking is another custom property I created previously. It came back in the response as well
