Hubspot is not accepting the Webhook reequest from Eventbrite

Hello Developers, recently I am running into a very strange and weird error when I am trying to integrate Eventbrite with Hubspot using Hubspot Webhooks.

The idea is to catch the Order data in Hubspot Workflow with a Webhook and store the data in contact properties.

Eventbrite has an option to automatically send the data to a Webhook URI when the order is placed or any other action happens, I selected the new orders only.

But when I try to send the request from Eventbrite to Hubspot Webhook it returns a "406 Not Acceptable" error. That I don't know about at all!

I talked with Eventbrite support and they says the error is not from their side. To verify this, I tried sending the Webhook to a Zapier URI and it worked fine.

When talked with Hubspot support they says that they don't know anything about this.

I am attaching an Eventbrite response screenshot below:

And after that, nothing happens inside the Hubspot webhook loading screen.

How can I get through this and solve it? It is really important to have this right because there isn't any other way I can trigger a workflow when an Eventbrite order is placed!

Hey, @daziz 👋 I don't have an answer that contradicts what support told you. Do you have a specific HubSpot developer doc, guide, or community post showing how to use webhooks in this manner?

Hi Jaycee, the workflows allow us to use Webhook as triggers as well, which means we can set up a data-receiving Webhook end-point as well. But Hubspot doesn't provide any option to configure the options for webhook URLs that what type of data it can accept.

So, I don't think there is a solution to this problem!
