Can you reproduce this issue when installing your app into a portal with access to support? If so, filing a support ticket, including the error with the correlation ID and the installation link to your app so they can reproduce the issue.</P> <P> </P> <P>If not, here's what I'd do to rule out the basics:</P> <UL> <LI>use your normal browser, but clear your cache and cookies before trying to get the auth working</LI> <LI>try using an incognito browser. Can you reproduce it here too?</LI> <LI>try using a different browser</LI> <LI>if you can reproduce the issue (semi)consistently, try grabbing a <A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Troubleshooting-Toolkit-Collecting-a-HAR-file-and-Trace/m-p/20103" target="_blank" rel="noopener">HAR file (HubSpot community guide)</A>. You can share this with support.
