External system to hubspot form submit

Hi,

We are currently working with a third-party referrals provider. A contact will complete a non-hubspot form on our website, which will trigger the contact to be created within the third-party system. at the moment, this is where the process stops. However, we want to retrieve that contact's information from the third-party and submit it as a form submission to create the contact record within hubspot.

We have tried setting using this endpoint: https://api.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/integration/secure/submit/:portalId/:formGuid but we are getting back 403 error.

Would anyone be able to provide some advice on how we get the contact data out of the third-party and into Hubspot as a form fill?

Hey, @DJohnson4 👋 Thanks for your question. Can you share an example of your request body, response, and the full error message, please? Have you tried making a simple test using this endpoint with Postman to confirm you have your formatting correct in your request?

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis

The request body is simply just email address, we removed all other fields just to test that it worked, and it didn't.
