Adding an icon to from submit button in raw HTML mode

Hi all,

I have a form here which is in raw HTML mode, so it can be styled on the website I developed. My issue is all the buttons on the website (built in WordPress) have icons, and this is the only button without. I'm comfortable coding whatever I need to and have tried a few things (like this) with no success. Is there a way to add an icon to my form submit button? I am currently trying to use jQuery and CSS to create and inject the SVG into the input button, which isn't working too well.
