Contact source showing as offline

Hello.

We've just switched the the new HubSpot "private app" feature with our new site.

The contacts are being added into hubspot correctly. However, they are all coming through as "This contact was created from Offline Sources from Integration" and the source is coming through as "Offline"

Have spoken to hubspot and they said we needed to "ensure that the IP address parameter is included when passing the submission info from your end to HubSpot via the Forms API"

We've done that and it's still appearing the same.

Pretty much, I just want to be able to see where the contacts have came from, E.G PPC, SEO, Email ect.

Hubspot tracking code is on the website and all that so not sure what else to do?

Anyone got a solution?

I'm not 100% sure I understand the ins and outs of your implementation but, when creating a contact via API - based on a form submission on a thirdparty site/platform for example - I do know it is necesaary to:

Use the form submit API endpoint - which is sounds like you are
Pass the hubspot cookie in the submission

These two things enable HubSpot to set the original source property of the contact to the values indicated by their tracking cookie.
