    <description>&lt;P&gt;Added the Hubspot app to webflow and an "Authenticate HubSpot" button appears. I click and link to my hubspot account, it says the tab will close, and then it takes me back to Webflow. When I open the app again it still only has the Authenticate button. Takes me through the whole process again and nothing changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has this happened to anyone else? Any fix ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here are the next steps I'd recommend you try:&lt;/P&gt;

This is a recent change — &lt;A href="https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/new-permission-requirements-for-installing-public-apps" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HubSpot Developer Changelog&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;File a support ticket with Webflow&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.webflow.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.webflow.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is the best first step for any 3rd party integration or app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try a different browser, use your usual browser but clear the cache and cookies first, or try using an incognito tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try collecting and analyzing a HAR file — &lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Troubleshooting-Toolkit-Collecting-a-HAR-file-and-Trace/m-p/20103" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Guide&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HAR analyzer tool&lt;/A&gt;. More technical, but occasionally there's an error message in the HAR file indicating a missing scope&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
