Best way to promote an new application

Hello,

we are developing an app that we aim to publish on the marketplace. However, since one of the requirements for listing on the marketplace is to have at least 3 active install we were wondering strategies used by the community on how to reach out more clients (we only have one potential client for now).

We can start to try and reach out potential client with lead techniques (e.g. cold emails) but I wonder what strategies are used more in order to reach out clients that are already using HubSpot.
